If you brought it up, she’d just say, “I sent that in an email.” Yeah, but which one?

I love the magic formula. It's short and easy to remember: "Be relevant and authentic."
I like simple too. Just like in anything in life, if we need to spend too much cognitive energy on something, we will likely not implement it.
